Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

RALLY is a community built on support and accountability. These rules apply to crew chat, recipes, posts and anything you share.

1. Be respectful

No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or content that targets people based on who they are. Encourage, don't tear down.

2. Don't post illegal or harmful content

• No content that is illegal, including content that promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous behaviour.
• No sexual content, graphic violence, or anything harmful to minors.
• No spam, scams, or unsolicited advertising.

3. Own what you share

Only post content you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your recipes and posts, and grant us a licence to display them within RALLY.

4. Reporting and moderation

Every message and member can be reported in-app (tap the flag). Our team reviews reports and may remove content, warn, suspend, or ban accounts. We act on illegal content quickly, in line with our duties under the UK Online Safety Act.

5. No fake reviews or impersonation

Reviews and recommendations must be genuine. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent yourself.

6. Consequences

Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, loss of access to community features, or account termination.
