Refunds, Returns & Delivery

This policy covers physical products bought from Shop RALLY (equipment, supplements, apparel and accessories).

1. Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason, and return them for a refund. Some items are excluded (see below).

2. Faulty or not as described

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we'll make it right.

3. Returns process

• Contact our support team within the cancellation window.
• Return items unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

4. Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed supplements and consumables that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom or personalised items may also be non-returnable. None of this affects your legal rights for faulty goods.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. If your order is delayed or doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll resolve it.
